All catches must be landed in Buenos Aires provincial ports and fishing licenses granted to the 50 vessels are non transferable. Vessels exceeding 28 meters in length are banned from fishing in the area. During the inspection of vessel landings, or within the following 24 hours, owners will have to provide staff from the Fisheries Under Secretariat with a copy of the original fishing report signed by the vessel owner or her legal representative. Submission reports are compulsory for all vessels, regardless of the targeted fishery. (FIS/MP).-
