”plus the Brazilian made bikinis (that can be watched at any Rio beach) but were considered too exuberant and exposing for the judges.” people that means you've never been to a brazilian beach :)

majority of the women in the US and Northern Europe aren't that confident with their body compare to the Brazilians and other South Americans (Colombians, Venezuelans), They will tell you an excuse that will make you say “oh okay, whatever”..but if you know where they are from, know their culture, you'll understand it's a preuts/prudish culture, except behind the scenes.

Miss Angola won because she was without question the most beautiful by far, she is the most beautiful Miss Universe that I can remember.

It's nor serious this comment of Miss France. If you watch her video in internet and the video of Miss Angola answering 3 question about live in other planets; advantages women have through man and which animal you want to be, you'll notice that Miss Angola is much more brilliant and mature than her. She is just trying to find an excuse to have been loose the competition. Put the fault in Brazil? oh, come on, that's ridiculous. Although they have been colonized by Portugal; France has more historical and commercial contacts with Brazil than Angola. It's a shame for me as France to have such person representing my country.
