The General Assembly would reaffirm the inalienable right of the peoples of Non-Self-Governing Territories to self-determination, including -- if they so wished -- independence, by the terms of one of seven draft resolutions and two decisions on decolonization questions approved this afternoon by the Fourth Committee (Special Political and Decolonization).
Following the conclusion this afternoon of its general debate, the Committee, acting without a vote, approved that two-part consolidated text on small island Territories, by which the Assembly would reaffirm that it is ultimately for the people of the remaining 16 Territories on the Committee's list to determine freely their future political status.”

America in the same way as they have done in Africa and Sri Lanka.

There is no dispute to drag out and, as the Islands have been in British control since 1833 and beyond, it would seem that the actual occupation is already a fait accompli.

China is a terrorist state which is also in agreement with Argentina to have a Chinese Naval Base in Tierra del Fuego in addition to the Chinese Army Base in Rio Negro!
We may have to consider making Mount Pleasant an effective part of NATO as the Taiwan Straight gets hotter and hotter, as Imperial China expands let us start by denouncing the One Nation China policy as unacceptable (it was always an atrocity a continuation of the Truman betrayal of free China).
Let us give the Tibetans and Embassy in London as well!
China has also been lending money and brainwashing to the Caribbean islands to make them republics.
